University of Delhi, DU is a premiere university ranked at first position among top 25 Central Universities. Every year, lakhs of students apply for admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, MPhil and PhD programs at Delhi University. A total of 91 colleges are affiliated to Delhi University. The registration process for admission to PG, M Phil and PhD programs has already commenced, whereas registration for UG programs is scheduled to start tomorrow, i.e. August 2, 2021. The last date to register for postgraduate, M Phil and PhD programs is July 26, 2021, whereas, for undergraduate programs, the last date to register is August 31, 2021.

Like last year, Admission to merit-based undergraduate programs will be based on cut offs. The first cut off list is expected to release on the university website in the first week of September. This year, the university has decided to keep the eligibility criteria the same as last year in view of the prevailing COVID 19 situation.

For admission to entrance-based programs, Delhi University Entrance Test, DUET 221 will be conducted in Computer Based Mode. The entrance exam dates will be announced on the official website of the university. Students must check the information bulletin carefully before applying for admission to the university.

As more than 70,000 students have obtained more than 90% marks in CBSE Class 12th Exam 2021, DU college cut-offs are expected to be higher compared to last year.
