Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board, KSEEB is likely to release Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2021 next week. The result will be declared on the official website of boards. Students awaiting the result can access it after release on the official websites, karresults.nic.in or pue.kar.nic.in.

The state government announced the cancellation of Karnataka 2nd PUC Exams 2021 for regular students on June 4 in view of the pandemic. According to the grading system, regular students will be awarded grades on the basis of their performance in SSLC and PUC 1 exams. Students will require their registration number to access their results. Once released, students can follow the simple steps mentioned below to check Karnataka 2nd PUC Result without any difficulty.

  • Select the link available on the homepage which says ‘Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2021’
  • The link will redirect to a new page. Enter registration number and click on submit button to proceed
  • Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2021 will appear on the screen
  • Download it for further reference

The direct link to check result will be provided on this website. Students must print a copy of the result and preserve it for use in future. Students who are not satisfied with the result can appear for the examination later. The board will conduct the exam later when the situation is conducive.

Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2021: Evaluation Criteria

Karnataka State Education Department announced the evaluation criteria for 2nd PUC Results 2021 on June 5, 2021.  According to the grading system, students will be awarded marks on the basis of their performance in SSLC or Class 10 and PUC 1 Exams. The result will depend on a ratio of 45:45:10.

  • 45% Result will depend on SSLC result
  • 45% Result will be assessed on the basis of PUC 1 or Class 11 result
  • 10% Result will be based on academic performance in PUC II or Class 12
  • 5% grace marks will be provided

As per recent updates, the state government has announced that repeaters and private students of Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam will be promoted to the next level without exams.

The state government decided to cancel the examination following the cancellation of CBSE Class 12 Board Exams 2021. Last year, the Karnataka 2nd PUC Result was declared on July 14 at 12 pm. The overall pass percentage was recorded at 69.2 per cent. The pass percentage of girls was recorded at 68.73 per cent and 54.73 per cent of boys qualified the examination in 2020.   

Karnataka SSLC exams are scheduled to conduct on July 19 and July 20. Around 8.7 lakh students will appear for the SSLC examination this year. As per the guidelines, 12 students will be allotted to one exam hall to maintain social distancing.
