JEE Main 2021 Exam Dates announced – NTA to conduct exams from July 20 – 25 and again from Jul 27 to Aug 2

Joint Entrance Examination, JEE Main 2021 Exam Dates have been announced. Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal has shared that JEE Main 2021 April session would now be conducted from July 20 – July 25. Also, JEE Main 2021 May session would be conducted from  July 27 to August 2, 2021. NEET 2021 Dates not announced.

NTA has started the registration process for candidates who had not been able to appear for the JEE Main 2021 examination as well. The window to register or change examination centre is now open. Gap between the two sessions, however, has not been provided.

The direct link for registration has been activated. Students who were unable to register due to COVID restriction can fill the application through the official website of JEE Main. Aspirants can register for the examination only till July 8.

Students are also allowed to change their exam centres. In view of the pandemic, NTA has increased the exam centres from 660 to 828. Education Minister announced that JEE Main 2021 would be held in 13 languages.

Education Minister had taken to twitter earlier today to share that he would be sharing the examination dates for JEE with the students. The competitive examinations, scheduled to end in May were postponed due to the second wave of the pandemic. Once JEE Main April and May 2021 sessions are completed, the final JEE Mains 2021 result would be declared along with ranks.

JEE Main 2021 and NEET 2021 examinations were postponed due to the second wave. With the cases now waning, the National Testing Agency has decided to conduct the examinations.

The exam dates were announced by the Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank. Taking to twitter, the minister shared the challenges faced by the students and assured students of continued support.

As per the previous reports, National Testing Agency had submitted the proposal of the dates to the Education Minister yesterday for approval. The final announcement was accordingly made by the minister on his social media account at 7 pm on July 6, 2021. Admit Card and other information release would be shared by the NTA on the official website on jeemain.nta.nic.in and ntaneet.nic.in.
