CISCE Reduced Syllabus for ICSE, ISC 2022 Exams released on cisce.org – Subject wise syllabus

Council for the India School Certificate Examinations, CISCE has released the revised syllabus for ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) Board Exams 2022. CISCE reduced syllabus for ICSE, ISC students is now available on the official website cisce.org. Direct link to the revised syllabus as per the various subjects if provided below.

Students have been informed that in continuation to the decision to reduce syllabi for English and Indian Languages, the board has also reviewed the syllabus for other subjects. The reduced syllabus for languages were released on July 2. Revised syllabi for other subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology etc. for ICSE and Accounts, commerce, Business Studies etc. for ISC has now been released.

CISCE Reduced Syllabus for ISC, ICSE 2022 Exams

As for the remaining subjects, the reduced syllabus would be released in a few days. The council has informed that it is in process of reviewing the syllabus for all the subjects.

‘The CISCE will continue with the process of syllabus reduction in the remaining subjects at the ICSE and ISC levels, in consultation with its subject experts. The same will be made available on the CISCE website soon’ – the notice reads.

It has also asked that the ‘Project world already completes/ initiates by the candidates in different subject/s, on topics which have been removed form the Syllabus, is to be accepted and marked.’

On July 2, 2021, CISCE had informed the school sof its decision to reduce the syllabus. At that time, the council had released the revised syllabus only for ICSE English – Language and Literature and ICSE Indian Languages for Class 10. As for ISC, it had released the reduced syllabus for English and Indian Languages as well.
