Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE Revised Syllabus for Class 10, 12 Board Exams 2022 has been released. The new syllabus is divided as per the two terms – Term I and Term II. Revised Syllabus for CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exam 2022 is now available on cbseacademic.nic.in.
Subject wise revised syllabus is also provided below for quick reference. This year, the board has introduced a term-wise assessment scheme. The complete syllabus (which would also be reduced in comparison to Pre-COVID times) would be divided in half. 50% syllabus would be for Term I and 50% for Term II.
As for the overall syllabus, CBSE has reverted to the 30% reduced syllabus, which was released for Academic Year 2020-21. This syllabus has been further divided as per terms. Students may also note that the revised syllabus is released for Classes 9 and 10 as well as Classes 11 and 12. The syllabus for the Classes 1 to 8 would be revised by respective schools keeping in mind their own constraints. The board releases the curriculum only for Classes 9 to 12.
Further, whether this would be applicable to Academic Year 2022-23 or not is not known. This is subject to situation. The curriculum is only relevant for Academic Year 2021-22 and would be implemented for Board Exams 2022.
