Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE 10th Result 2021 is likely to release this week. The board result is expected to declare by July 23, 2021, according to sources and various media reports. However, there is no official notice on the date of the result from the board yet. Once released, students who registered for the Class 10th examination can check the result on the official website of the board, cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in or results.gov.in.
Students will need their roll numbers to check the result. The direct link to check CBSE 10th Result 2021 will also be provided on this website. CBSE 10th Result will also be available DIgiLocker and UMANG app. Students will also be able to check results through SMS and IVRS.
Earlier, the result was scheduled to release on July 20, 2021. The result is delayed as schools were asked to revise the marks after submission. Class 10th and 12th exams were cancelled this year in view of the rising cases of COVID 19 in the country.
Class 10th Result 2021 will be calculated on the basis of evaluation criteria announced by the board. According to the special marking scheme, the result will be based on the performance of students in unit tests, half-yearly examination and pre-board exams conducted by the schools.

Students dissatisfied with their results will have the option to appear in special exams. The board will conduct the optional exams when the situation is conducive. Marks scored by the student in the optional exam will be considered final.
Around 21 lakh students registered for the CBSE Class 10th examination this year. The board has constituted a committee for disputes related to the compilation of results. CBSE 12th Result 2021 will be released by July 31, 2021. Students can check more exam related details on the official website of the board.
